Terms of Service

To ensure the safety of you and your guests as well as to maintain the longevity of our equipment, Luxe Littles LLC includes as part of our rental agreement that you review and agree to implement the following:


General

  • There is a travel fee for events outside of 20 mile radius of area code 79765 (Please refer to price sheet)

  • Luxe Littles LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any justifiable reason determined by management. Possible reasons for refusal are, but not limited to: bug infested spaces, hazardous spaces, or spaces that pose possible danger to Luxe Littles LLC staff or equipment.

  • Luxe Littles LLC will not tolerate any form of sexual, physical, or verbal harassment. In a given situation, we have the right to remove ourselves and the deposit will not be refunded.

 

Payment

  • A $100 non refundable retainer is required to secure any party package. No booking will be confirmed until the deposit is received in full. Once payment is received this will roll over into overall package price.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before equipment is set-up. No exceptions

  • The rental is up to 4 hours from your event start time unless agreed otherwise.

  • A $100 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required with every booking.

 

Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event, otherwise it will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • No refunds of the deposit will be given if outdoor events are unable to go ahead due to rain or other adverse weather conditions.

  • In the event Luxe Littles LLC is unable to provide services on the agreed time and date with client due to an emergency, Luxe Littles LLC will reimburse the full payment to client.


Outdoor Use

  • If there is any chance of rain, we will not set up outside. Yes even 1% we ask every client to have a backup plan

  • In the unforeseen case of bad weather, equipment must immediately be covered or moved indoors. It is the responsibility of the client to have a suitable site ready for the soft play equipment.

  • When equipment is used outdoors, the area must be flat, well-drained, and cleared from glass and debris. We will not set up on wet grass, dirt, or gravel.

  • When equipment is used outdoors, it must be under a shaded cover to avoid overheating and sun damage.

  • In case of strong winds or bad weather turn off bouncy houses for safety reasons. 

  • If a bouncy house deflates, please contact me ASAP 832-407-0045

 

Equipment Use

  • Equipment area must be cleared of all furniture and items before setup. Area must also be clean, for example, no debris, extreme dust, or pet feces in or around setup area.

  • No water or liquids allowed on or near any of the equipment.

  • No moving of equipment once it is set up.

  • To reduce the number of germs and therefore the spread of disease or illness we ask that you immediately disinfect any equipment that has encountered the following situations: leaked or soiled diapers, vomit, blood, or mucous.


Equipment Pick-Up

  • If balls are left outside of the play area, an additional pick-up fee of $25 will be charged.

  • All personal items must be removed from soft play area at the time of pick-up.

  • If equipment is left extremely dirty at the time of pick-up or there is clear evidence that the rules below were not followed as well as but not limited to dirt, shoe prints, candy in play area, drinks and or spills etc. The $100 damage/cleaning fee will not be refunded. If the cost of damage/cleaning exceeds the fee you will be charged to cover the expense.

  • Damaged or stolen equipment will be charged the cost of repair or replacement.

  • Please allow 60-90 minutes for set up and pick up.

  • Play area should be cleared by the time of pick up

 

Rules

  • No shoes allowed in play area.

  • No food, drinks, candy, or gum in play area.

  • No kids over the age of 4 in play area except for white Toddler Moonwalk

  • No sharp objects or jewelry.

  • Kids must always be supervised by an adult.

  • No smoking near equipment.

  • Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

  • No messy items (glitter, slime, markers, temporary tattoos, face paint, confetti, etc.)

  • All equipment must remain inside play area.

  • All rentals must be completed by 7pm unless agreed otherwise. 

  • Toddler bouncy houses have a weight limit of 120 pounds. 1 to 3 toddlers recommended at a time. 

  • Liliana White Toddler moonwalk has a weight limit of 400 pounds. Recommended for kids 10 and under. 


Disclaimer

  • Please note that all persons using the equipment do so at their own/parents'/guardian's risk.

  • The person(s) or organization renting the equipment will be liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

  • These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the renter to ensure they are enforced at all times.

  • Luxe Littles LLC is not liable for any injury caused while equipment is under the responsibility of the hiring party.

 

I hereby, ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING desires to rent from Luxe Littles LLC,  equipment to be used by renter, his/her guests, or other people while in renter’s possession. Renter understands the use of this play equipment may, by its nature, cause injury or harm to renter, his/her guests, or other people. 

WAIVER AND RELEASE: Renter understands and acknowledges that this RELEASE discharges Luxe Littles LLC. from any liability or claim that the renter may have against Luxe Littles LLC. with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death or property damage that may result from Renter’s use and possession of Luxe Littles LLC equipment. Renter does hereby release and will forever discharge and hold harmless Luxe Littles LLC. and its successors and assigns from any and all liability claims, and lawsuits of any kind or nature either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from Renters possession and use of Luxe Littles LLC equipment.

INSURANCE: Renter understands that insurance for liability, health and medical or disability coverage in any way related to the rental of equipment under this agreement is the sole responsibility of Renter.

By signing below, I, and my guests forfeit all rights to bring a suit against Luxe Littles LLC. and affiliates for any reason. In return, I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and explained to me verbally, in efforts to keep the Luxe Littles LLC experience positive. I have heard the safety rules and understand that I will ask for clarification when needed.

 

 

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS ASWELL AS THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY FORM AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT.  I AM AWARE THAT THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL
